Its a bit messy but you replace the comma prior to sorting and put it back afterwards. e.g:

tList := @ReplaceSubstring( sProjectList + " " + sDescriptionList; ","; "~~" );
tSortedList := @Sort(tList; [Ascending]);

tOutputList := @ReplaceSubstring( tSortedList; "~~"; "," );

That should work but I haven't tested it. :o)
